with UT and BowTie Cause to ‘Tie One On’ to Beat Cancer 

TOLEDO, OH 

Yark Automotive Group in Toledo, Ohio in conjunction with the University of Toledo and BowTie Cause, will Tie One On to help prevent cancer.

During the month of January, Yark Automotive Group will donate a portion of every vehicle sold to any UT Student, Faculty, Staff or Alumni under the Yark Rocket Discount Program to the BowTie Cause that partners with the Dana Cancer Center at the University of Toledo in support of prostate cancer care. Yark service customers will be able to purchase $1 paper bowties in help in the fundraising efforts in all the Yark family dealerships. 

Along with the Yark Automotive Group Staff, the University of Toledo Rockets will Tie One On at the Saturday, January 26th men’s basketball game against Bowling Green. Men’s Basketball Head Coach Tod Kowalczyk and other basketball staff members will be wearing bowties during the game to support the fight against cancer and the public is asked to participate by donating $100 to receive a bowtie and ticket to the game.
